In 2016, the company was acquired by French-listed technology and marketing group Artefact SA in a multi-million-pound deal. Post-acquisition, the team played a key role in supporting Artefact’s global growth, helping expand the group from 600 to over 1,000 employees. 4Ps ultimately exited in 2018 following a decade of impact and industry contribution.
