I've been on an entrepreneurial journey since 2008 when I founded my first company, 4Ps Marketing, at the age of 26. I wasn't "born" an entrepreneur—truthfully, I didn't even know what the word meant at the time. But I was always drawn to the idea of shaping my own future and building something meaningful from the ground up. That drive has shaped every step of my career since. In 2014, I co-founded The Happiness Index with my friends Matt & Tony, an ambitious venture grounded in the belief that happier employees create stronger, more successful businesses. Being part of its founding journey remains one of my proudest achievements. Now, after more than a decade of building and scaling businesses, I'm focused on my new ventures: Underestimated Collective and PondHop Digital. My mission is simple: to help the "underestimated" solo founders and SMEs build with purpose, clarity, and impact.
